Roberto Bolaño is a chilean writer and poet. Although he considers himself Latin American, as he lived most of his life in Mexico and Spain, where he passed away in 2003.
Along with other writers, he founded Infrarrealism, a literary movement that proposed a new way of exploring language.
I admire Roberto Bolaño's works and his diverse way of
writing, as his works range from the detective to the realistic, from the epic
to the marginal. And I also admire what he stands for. He always knew he wanted
to be a writer, and although he didn't get recognition until his death, he
never stopped writing. My favorite book is his only book of poems: "Los
perros románticos".
I love Roberto Bolaño, I think his novels and poems, I think "detectives Salvajes" is my favorite book of his, greetings!
