When I was
a kid, my dad told me that my grandma was a cheff, so I decided that when I
grew up, I would be a chef in her honor. Some time later, I realized I was very
bad at cooking, so I switched to being a marine biologist, because I thought
marine life was interesting. But one thing I've always loved, though, is
reading and writing. So I started looking for a career related to this, and I
found journalism. Some of my favorite writers studied journalism, like Gabriel
García Márquez and Eduardo Galeano, so I thought that here I could do the two
things I like the most.
My university experience has had good and bad things, I'm still getting used to it. I haven't
yet decided what I would like to work on, I would like to try all areas of
journalism before making a decision.
